Terms and Conditions

  • I am entering into an agreement between TaxiMyPet and myself for pet taxi services. TaxiMyPet agrees to provide pet transport services to the client in a reliable, trustworthy and caring manner.
  • I authorize TaxiMyPet to perform pet taxi services as outlined in the client/pet profile and policies, which shall become part of this contract. Prior Payment Arrangements must be made with the Vet, Groomer, Boarding facility etc. TaxiMyPet is not responsible for any fees due upon pick-up or drop-off of my pet from any other facility.
  • I accept my responsibility in the proper restraint of my pet prior to transport for the safety of my pet and the driver/handler.
  • I attest to the fact that all licenses and vaccinations required by the city and county in which I reside are current and available for verification. If my pet(s) is not current I will be responsible for any incidences that arise from complications associated with the lack of proper vaccinations.
  • I will knowingly and with good faith not create an appointment for an aggressive pet(s) that may intentionally injure another animal, driver/handler or person in proximity. I will also be responsible for any physical damage done to the Taxi or restraints required to securely transport my pet(s).
  • The client will be responsible for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the driver/handler or other persons or pet(s) by the pet(s). The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TaxiMyPet in the event of a claim by any person injured by the pet(s)
  • I will knowingly and with good faith disclose any medical conditions my pet has prior to transportation and Authorize TaxiMyPet to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time spent with my pet. I accept responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care. I also authorize TaxiMyPet to utilize an alternative veterinarian in the event my primary vet is unavailable. Every effort will be made to contact me prior to obtaining emergency care.
  • If my pet is picked up and is sick or injured I will not hold TaxiMyPet liable and will seek compensation from the responsible party.
  • I agree to reimburse TaxiMyPet for any additional fees for providing emergency care as well as any expenses incurred for unexpected transportation or supplies.
  • It is expressly understood that TaxiMyPet shall not be held responsible for any damage to the client's property, or that of others, caused by client's pet(s)during the period for which they are in its care.
  • TaxiMyPet accepts no responsibility for security of the premises or loss, if other individuals have access to the home or property, during the terms of this agreement.
  • TaxiMyPet will not be liable for injury, damage, disappearance, death or fines of any pet(s) with unsupervised access to property, indoors or out, before pick-up or after drop-off.
  • TaxiMyPet agrees to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, trustworthy, and caring manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against TaxiMyPet, its employees or assigns, except those arising from proven deliberate negligence of the driver/handler.
  • Payment is due in the form of Credit Card at the time of reservation online or prior to the appointment date. If you would like to make a Payment in the form of Cash or Check(payable to TaxiMyPet) you must call and schedule the appointment by phone and pay at the time of pick-up.
  • Refunds will only be given if a cancellation is made prior to the scheduled pick up time. A $35 fee will be applied to all returned checks.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service.
