• You Must Choose OUTSIDE CITY PARAMETERS If Either location is outside central Abilene (Northside-Interstate 20, Eastside-loop 322, Southside-Beltway South and Westside-Dub Wright). Your location must be within 8 miles of Abilene if you choose Outside City Limits (ie:BuffaloGap,Potosi).
• If we're delivering your pet to an appointment, please schedule pick-up at least 30 minutes before the appointment to ensure on time delivery. We can't guarantee on time delivery but will do our very best to accommodate each passenger. 
• If the time you need is showing unavailable- PLEASE CALL!!  We may be able to accommodate you.
• Online payments must be made via credit card or PayPal. If you'd rather pay with cash or check, give us a call at 325-386-7603 to schedule a pick-up!
• "Pet passengers only" are allowed to ride with the driver and prior payment arrangements to the destination businesses must be made. The driver will not be responsible for "other facility" charges.
